How do I install Dinos Blast Island?
The game will be available on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Download links will appear on this website as soon as the game is published. Install it from the official store only.
A purchase did not go through or I did not receive it. What can I do?
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. First restart the game and check your connection. If the problem persists, contact us with the purchase receipt sent by the store so we can check it. Refund requests are handled by Google and Apple under their own policies.
What does the Season Pass include?
The Season Pass is a one-month purchase covering the calendar month of purchase. It grants a one-off coin bonus for that season, the exclusive dino of the month, removes interstitial ads, lets you replay without limit after a defeat in Rescue and Adventure, removes multiplayer fatigue and gives free gift-wheel spins every day. It does not renew automatically.
Why does the game show ads?
Some optional actions, such as spinning the gift wheel or recovering your dinos faster, can be unlocked by watching a rewarded video. You always choose whether to watch it. The Season Pass removes interstitial ads.
Is my progress saved? Can I transfer it to another device?
Your progress is saved locally on your device. There is no account and no cloud save at this time, so uninstalling the game or changing device may result in losing your progress.
How does Multiplayer work?
Multiplayer unlocks after you finish level 59 of Adventure. You build a team of three dinos and face an opponent in a duel. The power of your dinos decides which advantages are available during the match. After a defeat, your three dinos are tired for 20 minutes; you can wait, watch a rewarded video or use a Rescue Totem.
I found a bug or the game crashes. How do I report it?
Send us an e-mail with your device model, system version, game version and what you were doing when the problem occurred. Crash reports are also sent automatically through Firebase Crashlytics, which helps us fix problems faster.
What data does the game collect?
The game uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for usage statistics and crash reports. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. See our Privacy Policy for the full details and your rights.
